Internship programme
As part of its activities to strengthen and rejuvenate its human resources, OKTA organises an internship programme twice a year. Students from various faculties that are close and related to OKTA's operational activities have the opportunity to be part of the working atmosphere of a company and gain experience for further challenges in their professional careers. In this way, OKTA receives fresh and innovative ideas from highly educated young people, while the most promising candidates are given the opportunity to join our team.
Candidates are selected on the basis of their qualifications, commitment and performance during their academic studies. The selection of students takes place in several stages, in which their enthusiasm, ambition and desire to learn, develop and build a professional career are appreciated. During their three-month engagement, interns are fully involved in OKTA's work processes under the supervision of a mentor. During the internship, the company provides transportation and meals, as well as additional financial compensation.
